JAMES DAVID CORNMAN, 74

LAKELAND - James David Cornman, 74, passed away February 3, 2012 due to heart failure.
 

James was born November 18, 1937 in Adrian, Pennsylvania. He worked as an Avionics Technician and was Retired from the US Air Force. Mr. Cornman was a member of Southland Masonic Lodge #256, life member of American Legion Post #4, life member of VFW Post #8002, past Commander of VFW Post #2297, past VFW District Commander, life member of Military Order of Cooties, life member Am Vets, member of the Moose, and member of the Fraternal Order of the Eagles.
 

James is preceded in death by his wife, Judy A. Cornman. He is survived by his daughter, Daphne Cornman, Scottsdale, AZ., daughter, Tammy Teixeira, Lakeland, FL.; son-in-law, Robert, Teixeira, II, Lakeland, FL.; grandsons, Robert Teixeira, III, East Falmouth, MA., and James David Teixeira, Lakeland, FL.; sister-in-law, Gay Rollins, Las Vegas, NV., and a brother-in-law, Sidney Rollins, Las Vegas, NV. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, 02/09/12, from 6-8PM at Lanier Funeral Home Chapel. Funeral services will be on Friday, 02/10/12 at 11AM at Lanier Funeral Home Chapel. Interment will be in Florida National Cemetery.
